This Privacy Notice for Raleko LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how we collect, use, and share ("process") your personal information when you visit raleko.com, sign up on raleko.com for updates about a product by email or text message, or email us.

Our products have their own policies. Each Raleko product (for example, BrandRetriever) has its own privacy notice, and that notice applies when you use the product. This notice covers raleko.com, update sign-ups made on raleko.com, and messages you send us.

Summary

• We collect what you send us (by email or a sign-up form), the basic technical logs every website produces, and, if you sign up for updates, whether you open our emails and click their links.
• If you sign up for updates, we'll email you about that product and, occasionally, about other Raleko products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we'll text you updates. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We never share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
• We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on raleko.com.
• We don't sell or "share" your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
• You can ask us to see or delete what we have about you at notices@raleko.com.

1. What information do we collect?

Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.

Update sign-ups. If you sign up on raleko.com for updates about a product, we collect your email address, your name (if the form asks for it), which product you signed up for, and when you signed up.

Text message sign-ups. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (when and where you opted in and the consent language you agreed to). Our text messaging provider also records message delivery status, any replies you send (such as STOP or HELP), and whether you click links in our texts.

Email engagement. If you receive our update emails, our email provider records when you open them and which links you click, along with technical details such as your IP address, device, and email client.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic log data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring URL, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the site running and secure.

We don't ask for sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or government ID details), so please don't send it to us. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

2. How do we use your information?

• To respond to you. We use what you send us to reply to your questions and requests. (Retention: we keep messages for as long as they're useful for following up, and delete them on request unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.)
• To send you the updates you asked for. If you sign up for updates about a product, we'll email you about that product, including when it launches. We may also occasionally email you about another Raleko product we think you'd find useful. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use open and click data to see whether our emails are being delivered and read, to keep our list healthy, and to understand which updates people find useful. (Retention: see "Unsubscribing vs. deleting" below.)
• To send you the text messages you asked for. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send you updates about Raleko products, such as launch announcements and product news. We use delivery and click data to make sure our texts are delivered and to honor opt-outs. (Retention: see "Unsubscribing vs. deleting" below.)
• To operate and protect the site. We use log data to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. (Retention: log data is kept according to our hosting provider's retention period.)
• To comply with law. We may process information where needed to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not add people who email us to a mailing list unless they ask. People who sign up for updates hear mostly about the product they signed up for, with an occasional note about other Raleko products.

Text messages

Text messages are sent only to people who opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at notices@raleko.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Unsubscribing vs. deleting

Unsubscribing (or replying STOP to a text) stops us from sending you update emails (or text messages). We keep your sign-up record (your email address or mobile number, name if provided, what you signed up for, and when you subscribed and unsubscribed) so we can make sure you don't receive further emails and can show when you gave or withdrew consent. Your past email engagement stays attached to that record until you ask us to delete it.

Deleting removes that record. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll delete your sign-up record from our systems and our email provider, except where we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation. Once deleted, we no longer have a record of your opt-out, so if you sign up again later you'll be treated as a new sign-up.

3. What legal bases do we rely on? (EU/UK visitors)

If you are located in the EU or UK, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

• Consent: sending you the product updates you signed up for, including occasional notes about other Raleko products, and measuring opens and clicks on those emails, as described in this notice; and sending you text messages if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. You can also limit open tracking by turning off automatic image loading in your email client.
• Legitimate interests: responding to messages you send us, and running and securing our website.
• Performance of a contract: where your message relates to a contract with you or a step you've asked us to take before entering into one.
• Legal obligations: where we must process information to comply with the law.

4. When and with whom do we share your information?

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run raleko.com and our email, namely our website hosting provider, our email provider, and the email and text messaging provider we use to store sign-ups and send updates (Klaviyo). They may use it only to provide those services to us. Mobile carriers also process your number to deliver text messages.

Mobile information. We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, such as text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

We have not sold or shared personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

5. Do we use cookies?

raleko.com does not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Our sign-up forms send what you enter directly to our email provider and do not set cookies. Our update emails do contain open-tracking pixels and tracked links, as described in section 2. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse (for example, bot detection). These don't track you across other websites.

Do-Not-Track. Because we don't track visitors across websites, we don't change our practices in response to Do-Not-Track or similar browser signals.

6. Is your information transferred internationally?

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, those countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as our providers' Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we process. However, no transmission over the internet or storage technology is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

raleko.com is a business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK, Switzerland, Canada, and several US states), you may have the right to:

• know whether we process your personal information, and get access to or a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate information;
• have your information deleted;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive the information you gave us in a portable format, where applicable;
• withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from updates or replying STOP to a text; and
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing we carried out lawfully before you withdrew it.

To make a request, email notices@raleko.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof that they are authorized. We will respond as required by applicable law.

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision at the same address. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your EU member state authority) or, in the US, your state attorney general.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice on this site.
